PROCESS

Nutron is hydraulic joined on the already established irrigation system and on the inlet and outlet pipe of the irrigation pump. If the irrigation system is line pipe, we can add a small inox buster pump (1.5 HP). Venturi injectors in combination with analog motorvalves and electrovalves regulate the addition quantity of fertilizer and acid in the irrigation water.
The two electronic sensors check continuously EC, pH and the electronic controllers regulate the suitable setpoints.

PROGRAMMING

Irrigation time, EC and pH setpoints, the defined fertilizer tanks for each irrigation valve and fertigation cycles are adjusted by the electronic programmer in order to be controlled automatically.
Automatic alternation of irrigation with water-fertilizer-acid or clear water for every irrigation valve is possible.Nutron can work manually too.

ALARM FUNCTIONS

Nutron provides a high-protected function. There are alarm set points (EC, pH) which stop the irrigation cycle or only the fertilization while an external alarm can be energized (horn,telephon,etc.)

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Our company, with a many year experience in automation, guarantees the best function and adjustment of its product. Special importance is given in damages repairing, spears supply and local technical assistance.
